- Concentrating on Business Parks & Estates that are members of the BID
- Each location to be provided with a minimum of three visits in each twenty four hour period
- All patrol staff are licensed Security Officers by the Security Industry Authority
- Patrols are carried out by a national security company
- Patrols are linked to the new BID communications centre by two way radio and mobile telephone
- Additional patrols provided for areas where local Police or Businesses have indicated problems with crime or anti social behaviour
- Patrols will respond to Intruder alarms notified to them through either the customers own monitoring service or through the BID
- Patrols responding to alarms will remain on site for a minimum of twenty minutes waiting for the key holder to attend or will arrange to be present on site prior to the estimated time of arrival for the key holder
- Patrol will work with existing security staff already in place on Business Parks or Estates & will respond to request for support from them
