billboarda.jpgWelcome to Coventry Best for Business (CB4B), the city-wide Business Improvement District (BID). The Company was formed in October 2007 with a vision of making Coventry the best place in the UK to do business.

CB4B is a private non-profit making body that came into existence following a mandate that was voted in by local businesses during a ballot that took place in February 2007. The BID will operate for five years until October 2012.

During the life of the BID we will deliver a range of measures specifically designed to make the businesses within the scope of the BID more profitable by helping to reduce operating costs and improving their competitiveness.

A BID allows companies in a defined local area to work together to decide what are the common issues facing their trading environment, what measures need to be put in place to counteract these issues and ensure that, once a ballot takes place, everyone who benefits from the BID contributes towards it.

All businesses within the scope of the BID are legally obliged to pay an annual BID levy for the period that they are responsible for the business rates on that property during the life of the BID.

If you would like to know more about the benefits package, please click on the service on the menu to the left or alternatively telephone 02476 654300 and you will be able to speak directly to a Business Area Champion who will explain the BID benefits package in more detail and how your business can benefit from a one-to-one meeting with a member of our team of business experts.
